Timeline
The episode opens on Thursday, April 28, 2011 (according to the "charges" read by Sheldon). That evening, just to annoy Sheldon, the guys get Greek food on pizza night. Later that evening, Sheldon joins Penny, Bernadette, and Amy for a girls' night out. The episode ends the next morning, April 29, when Sheldon blackmails Leonard into signing a new and improved roommate agreement.
