[edit] Summary
Penny asks Leonard to collect & sign for a package of hers. When Sheldon and Leonard go over to Penny's apartment to drop off the package, Sheldon is deeply disturbed when he sees how messy and disorganised her apartment appears. Later that night, while Leonard is sleeping, Sheldon sneaks into Penny's apartment to clean and organise it. Leonard catches him and tries to stop him, but Sheldon is obsessed and continues. In the morning, Penny wakes up and yells at them, prompting Leonard to ask how she knew (Sheldon had left an organizational diagram for her closet). Sheldon goes to apologise but Penny can not believe his attitude and remains upset. Later on Leonard goes to apologise, prompting Penny to hug him and say 'we're okay'.

[edit] Title
Sheldon orders their breakfast cereals according to fiber content because he believes he and Leonard "have both found it useful at time". The title comes from this exchange, which happens the morning after the boys cleaned Penny's apartment, without her knowledge:
Sheldon: I feel so good today I’m going to choose from the low-fiber end of the shelf. (takes down a box of cereal) Hello, Honey Puffs.
Penny (from across the hall): Son of a bitch!
Sheldon: Good bye Honey Puffs, hello Big Bran.
