What Leonard and Sheldon sometimes eat for breakfast.
According to Leonard, Sheldon orders their breakfast cereals according to fibre content because he claims they "have both found that helpful at times". Brand names seen in the show include Honey Puffs from the low end of the fibre shelf and Big Bran from the high fibre end (0102).
On Mondays, Sheldon eats oatmeal (0303).
On Saturdays, Sheldon has his bowl of cereal with 1/4 of a cup of 2 % milk (0107).
