Proprietor of the Szechuan Palace, the Chinese restaurant which the boys go on occasion.
Chen is brusque and inflexible when it comes to substitutions to the menu items (0107). Sheldon suspect him of using oranges rather than tangerines in the restaurant's Tangerine Chicken (0117).
Mr Chen is played by James Hong.
