A previous neighbour who lived in the apartment that Penny now lives in (4B). He was described by Sheldon as 'a 200 lb transvestite with a skin condition' (0101).
Sheldon notes that Louie's apartment was immaculately clean and his closet was very organised, which Sheldon noticed when he helped Louie run cables for a webcam. Sheldon refers to Louie as "Louie-slash-Louise" (0102).
Louie is played by Ajgie Kirkland in the season three flashback episode (0322).
