According to Howard, the Mirror Technique for picking up women involves mimicking a woman's actions. "She brushes her hair back, I brush my hair back. She shrugs, I shrug. Subconciously she's thinking 'We're in synch! We belong together!'" Howard says he got this idea from "internet research" [1].
