Patty is the girl at Penny's Halloween Party who guesses that Sheldon's costume is a "choo-choo train", based on the sound he makes. When he says she's close and makes the sound again, she guesses "A brain-damaged choo-choo train?"

Patty is played by Rachel Cannon.
