The cards mentioned are (in this order): Water Demon Ice Dragon Lesse Wardlord of Ka'a Infinite Sheldon (homemade card)

Homemade cards violate the game rules! Sheldon said, after he played the card, he made the card in his office and so it is not "home"made. So it is obvious Sheldon takes the word homemade literally and not by meaning (self-made). A nasty trick of him to win the match. But it is still unclear why his card beats Lesse.

This game is also played in episode 23, season 4 and more cards are mentioned.
