Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell (more properly 'Tinker Bell') is a fairy character in the Peter Pan stories (books, stage productions, and films). Tinkerbell could give someone the ability to fly by sprinkling them with fairy (or pixie) dust.

Howard, when Penny thought his Robin Hood costume was actually Peter Pan, agreed and said that he had a handful of pixie dust with her name on it. She responded, "No you don't." (0106)

Leslie refers to Penny with this name when she suggests that Penny's addiction to online gaming comes from sexual frustration: "Tinkerbell just needs to get her some." (0203)
