A "sexually passive outdoors man" who is selected by an online dating website as a suitable date for Penny in 0203.

He is a paramedic at the fire department and goes to Medical School at night. Sheldon tries to introduce him to an online gaming addicted Penny. However, he fails since Penny is not interested at all and even worse, looks rather dishevelled, which really turns Tom off.
