Question: How to create new pages

Hi Steve,

I've got a question. There are a lot of references in every episode that deserve a page here because people would probably like to look them up, BUT it's often not possible to mention them in the episode outline (which I understand should be short) or the summary (which is short as well). You've set up the "List of entries from this episode" link under "Resources". But as far as I understand MediaWiki (sorry I'm new) there's no way to create a new page without a link from another page, right?

So my question is, is it possible to create a page without making a link OR do you have an idea how we could solve this problem? I put those references I mean under "Notes and Trivia" on 0109 as an example.

Petition: Allow .mid Files in this wiki

Hello Steve, i just created a very simple Midi-Version of Soft Kitty, so my petition is: Would you please allow the File Upload of .mid-Files in this Wiki? This files are generally very small (in this concrete case, just 389 bytes!), but i think that some real music would be a improvement for this article. Thanks, --Cylon 07:45, 17 December 2009 (UTC)

So i've been thinking a bit about expanding http://bigbangtheory.wikia.com for a while. Then I found this site via google. Your articles seem to have a lot higher quality than those of the Wikia site, but you seem to have very few users compared to the Wikia wiki. It also ranks higher than your wiki on a google search for "Big Bang Theory Wiki". So i'm just going to throw out a suggestion: Merge. If you think this is a viable option, I would suggest contacting Wikia about it. Pros are more users coming in, as well as better self-advertising, more support (technical and community) and several extensions available upon request. Cons are ads (which you already have on your "main" site anyway), and some forced stuff, like the "Monaco" skin and a .wikia.com url. Up to you.
